[comp.lang.c] Initialize graphics without clearing the screen

I am looking for a way to initialize the graphics mode in Turbo C
with out clearing the screen ,because I want graphics in the bottom
of the screen while the rest of the screen remains in text mode.

Any hint can be helpfull .
