A company called Perennial was also mentioned by a couple of
responders, but no address was given. Perennial's price was listed
at around $5,000, but their test wasn't considered very good.
Plum Hall was rated the highest by those who ventured an opinion.
Also, The Austin Code Works was mentioned as a source for the C Torture
Test (PD). However, a call to them revealed that they no longer sell
the Torture Test. Apparently, it was discovered that this was the
property of ATT, and not PD after all. One responder also indicated
that the Torture Test (if he was talking about the same thing) isn't
a very good test of a compiler.
