Apropos describing universes as binary bit streams, two problems: 1) Quantum physics tends to side toward a probability cloud for the electron, meaning decisions are not binary (you were considering the problem at too much of a macro level, whose's to say what affect electron X going to location N instead of location M in a given universe would have). 2) Suppose you have two simultaneous decisions?
