[net.music] Isao Tomita' secret message

I would be interested to know if anyone out there has decoded the 
secret message on Isao Tomita's album, Dancing Snowflakes. It
is encoded in the form of regular Tarbell and can be read by any 
computer with said serial interface. 

Tomita is the Japanese equivalent of Walter/Wendy Carlos with
respect to his early pioneering works in the field of electronic
music and production. Tomita was in the field considerably earlier
but did not achieve the  popular acclaim that Carlos did during
her heyday. 

The album is worth listening to in its own right as is his cover
of Holst - The Planets, and Firebird. Some of his other works
are technically good, very reminiscent to Yellow Magic Orchestra -
who are considered to be the Beatles/Sex Pistols of Japan.
