[comp.lang.c] Lex and Yacc on VMS

Are tools like Lex and Yacc available on VMS systems?  What about
Flex and Bison?  Have they been ported to VMS?

I would really appreciate any information on this, like the cost
involved and the names of vendors or FTP sites.
