[comp.lang.c] Grammar for C++

This may have been answered recently, but our news has been 
purged.

I am looking for a yacc/bison grammar for C++ (2.0 dialect).
I am aware of the g++ grammar, but I find this a bit complicated.
Is there some grammar which maps closely to the language constructs?
