I have asked this question before, but there was a problem with our mail system. It was, and still IS (!!) not possible to use Reply to answer to this messgae. If you can help me (please) sent your email answers to: wallagh@nikhef.nl (and NOT to wallagh@cs.vu.nl, becasue those mails probably endup in Antartica or on the North pole.). For an organisation I'm working for I need a cluster program. The organisation supports a 24 hours telephone service, and at different times during the day, there are a different number of people behind the phones. To be sure that there are always the right number of people, and the right people (with all there wishes etc.), needs a scedule. This is until now made by hand, but they (me) want to do it with a computer (IBM-PC). But the problem is, I can't find a good commercial program in the Netherlands. Does anybody of you know company (for instance, because you aere working with such a program or company) who makes thes kind of programs? In the Byte from June there was a review from the program "Who Works When" and "Scedule Master". From those two programs I already have enough information. Please send me a email if you do. There is some kind of timepressure. (And I'm not a regular reader of the net. If wanted I will give a overview to the net). The price of the program is not really important. Thanks already.
