[comp.lang.c] CXL-Toolbox for DOS still available ??

One year ago I registered the shareware C-Toolbox CXL 5.1.
In comp.lang.c I read an article that a new version is 
available. I wrote a letter to the author of CXL, but still
got no answer.
Now my questions:

    The address I have is:

    Is this address still right ??

    What is the newest version (if there is one) ??

    What does an upgrade cost ??

    (Or do you know another inexpensive and good Toolbox for C)??
