Is the existing C++ everyone talks about compatible with Windows 3.0, or is there a special C++ version from Borland? Also, if anyone has used C++ for Windows software development, why would you recommend it over Micrsoft's C 6.0? -Stefan

Borland has 2 C++ products: Turbo C++ which is a C and C++ compiler only, and Borland C++, which is a C, C++ and Windows compiler, and also has a Debugger, Profiler & Assembler. > Also, if anyone has used C++ for Windows software development, > why would you recommend it over Micrsoft's C 6.0? > -Stefan To develop Windows applications, the Borland route is much cheaper. --- John Gordon Internet: gordon@osiris.cso.uiuc.edu #include <disclaimer.h> gordon@cerl.cecer.army.mil #include <clever_saying.h>
