I have been trying to find an efficient way to toggle from graphics mode to text mode and back without doing any memory saves using Borland C++ on the PC. I have found that by setting a certain bit (I don't recall because I'm not at my PC) I could get it do almost work, only the top section of the screen is not returned to graphics mode. I know it can be done because the compiler can easily switch between the modes when debugging. Does any body have any ideas, I've looked in some graphics books and can't seem to find any more clues. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Please mail any replies to my email seeing as I don't usually keep up on this group. Thanx. :-) Chuck Bass Cooperative for Forest Systems Engineering chuckb@milton.u.washington.edu chuckb@max.u.washington.edu -- -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ | |
