                PROGRAMMER'S CONFERENCE
               TO AWARD HAWAIIAN GETAWAYS

     POULSBO, WASHINGTON -- June 2, 1991 -- Turbo User Group
(TUG) is hosting GeTUGether '91, its third "up close and
personal" conference for Turbo Pascal, Turbo C, Turbo C++ and
Turbo Assembler programmers. The 2-1/2 day conference will be
held in Silverdale, Washington (near Seattle) on July 19-21,
1991, and will offer varied topics of interest to programmers.
One featured topic this year will be "guerrilla marketing". To
promote that session, the first 100 conference attendees will
receive a certificate good for a week's lodging in Hawaii.

     Other conference topics will include OOP; programming for
Windows 3 and Turbo Vision; asynchronous communications objects;
advanced debugging; program optimization; programming for GUIs;
starting your own venture; Shareware marketing; state-of-the-art
virus prevention programming; and many more.

     Session speakers will include people like Terry Hughes of
TurboPower Software; Jeff Duntemann of PC Techniques; Rob
Rosenberger of Barn Owl Software; Bill Gates of Midnight
Engineering; George Rothbart of Software Science; Jim Button of
Buttonware; Bob Ainsbury of TechnoJock Software and several
others, including members of Borland International's own
technical staff.

     GeTUGether provides a forum for beginners and experts alike
to share, to pick the brains of some of the "Turbo Wizards" --
and to be entertained in the process (free juggling lessons will
be provided). The fee for the event is $145, which includes 3
meals during the conference. Special hotel rates are available.
For more information contact TUG, P.O. Box 1510, Poulsbo, WA

international support group recognized by Borland International
for Borland's language compilers and associated products. TUG has
served the Turbo programming community since 1984, offering its
members programming contests, access to its disk and video
