I am hoping that someone (besides me) has read a story called
"SENTINALS FROM SPACE". Author unknown. Plot is basically about some
mutants (in the future) that have set themselves up as guardians of
humanity. One of the things that they do is break into a castle on Mars
to get some bad guys. Their mutant powers are quite awesome as I recall.
It was many years ago that I read the story (20 +). If anyone knows
name of author, etc, I'd love to know.

The novel is by Eric Frank Russel, and believe it or not, there is a
paperback edition in print now. I first read it in the 50's, and loved it
(after all the golden age of science fiction is 12), and was pleased to see
that it was as much fun when I reread it two years ago. Sorry, it's packed
away, or I'd tell you the publisher.
