[comp.lang.modula2] Mac Logimo

I've heard some nice things about Tim Myers Mac Logimo Plus compiler, and would
like to get a copy of it.  Is it (a) cheaper to send Tim $18.50 or (b) download
it from CIS or GEnie ?  If (a), could someone please send me Tim Myers' address
(preferably real, but electronic would help) ?
