[comp.lang.modula2] DECWRL Modula2->C

We've been burned several times by the DECWRL Modula2 compiler
that runs on our 4.3BSD/ULTRIX machines.  Does anybody have leads to:

a) an improved version of DECWRL Modula2 that doesn't have as many bugs?
(I realize that license agreements may preclude transfers of bug fixes)

b) a translator that does most of the conversion from Modula2->C automatically?
