Dear Sir :
Just a few days ago on June 4 , 1989, The Chinese
Communist massacre at Tienanmen, Peijing , mainland China,
has shocked not only the Chinese people everywhere but also
free people all over the world. The conutless thousands
of innocent young students, civil servants and workers, and
even women and children, were killed by the so called
"People's Liberation Army". The horrible scenes of killing
committed by the Chinese Communist military and police have
certainly curdled the blood of all civilized people of the
world.
We, some of the faculty members of the Dept. of E.E.,
National Central University,Taiwan,R.O.C., were mush Grieved
by there atrocities.
As you are a freedom-loving people, please be requested
to use your influence to condemn most strongly the savage
brutality and demand that the Chinese Communists stop the
bloody slaughter at once, and apply severe sanction against
the barkarious Peijing regime.

We ,students of National Central University in Taiwan ,
Republic of China , request your humanistic support in
condemning the bloody brutality of the Chinese Communist
regime for slaughtering thousands of Chinese people who
have dedicated themselves to the causes of democracy and
freedom . We sincerely hope you can help us to urge your
government to take a certain immediate and effective
measures on the government-to-government basis to
sanction the Chinese Communist regime. The followings
are our suggestions for your serious consideration:
(1) To stop arms sale and any high tech transfer to the
Chinese Communist regime.
(2) To adjourn or even sever diplomatic activities( or
relations) with the Chinese Communist regime.
(3) To suspend any economic cooperations, including the
bank loan to the Chinese Communist regime.
(4) To help the oversea Chinese students the legal right
to extend their stay in your country.
(5) Other possible sanction that can help promoting the
human right of the Chinese people in their heroic
and epochal fight against the Chinese Communist
regime would be greatly admired.
