Does anyone know if there are distribution restrictions on the source code for the ETH Zurich 4-pass Modula-2 compiler? Thomas

They generally relate to keeping the language `pure.' In addition, compilation fees billed to someone else for letting them use the compiler are forbidden, and you must, at the ETH discretion, make any derivative compilers available under the same license. I have a copy of the license (to the C18 transportable compiler of 4/'83) at home, and will try to find it. Who else out there has this compiler? -- 1-(512)-346-5781 (v) Using Modula-2.
