[comp.lang.modula2] help for infos about an hybrid modula/occam compiler

In june we heard of a hybrid modula/occam compiler (modula + PAR
...) .this work was done at York university (UK). can anybody
explain how to get information about this work, E-mail addresses
or bibliography ?
