[comp.lang.modula2] DOS Environment Variables

     I have been working along with TopSpeed Modula-2 and have found,
much to my surprise, that there are no procedures for manipulating
the DOS environment variables.  I'd simply rather not write the things
myself, so I'm asking if there are some out there in NetLand which I
may be able to acquire.  If not, I'll write the silly things and let
everyone who wants them have them.

P.S.  I have found the procedure which allows me to look at the
      variables, but I haven't been able to find one which allows
      me to create/change/delete the variables.
