Just got my compiler pack and tool-kit today from Logitech and am very impressed. Got it with a student discount and the 12 disks was well worth the small amount of money I paid for it. It has def modules for just about anything you want to do - graphics, dos interface, rs232 interface, &c. You name it, and it is there. Also, a great turbo pascal to Mod2 translator. Can actually watch it go to work on the program. The new editor for it (point) is excellent. From what I was told it was written in Modula2 and is very fast and usable. Just wish I could get a hard drive soon... Bill Nixon -- Bill 'Deus' Nixon One of the Univ. We just got our copies of the 3.4 version of the compiler. It is very much like the 3.x release but has a different directory setup. There are some bug fixex over the older versions but it does not seem to produce 386 code. We've been using the /2 flag for 286 code but I don't know of an equivalent for 386. I haven't seen MDA support, but I haven't looked too hard. I was disappointed that the linker didn't allow me to link the Halo 88 libraries. The old version didn't either but rumor had it that the new one would. I haven't tried it yet but the docs seem to say that you can use the linker option to prune out unused code in modules without breaking the debugger.
