A nasty bug was intodruced into the compiler during the port from Nixdorf to Sun: the compiler crashes on undefined types of procedure parameters. If you want to upgrade from 2.1 to 2.1.1 you can obtain a fixup via anonymous ftp from titania.mathematik.uni-ulm.de (134.60.66.21): get soft/modula/fixups/m1 m1 in your library-directory (MODLIB) is to be replaced by the new version. Further I was not aware of the different naming conventions for manual pages (System V vs SunOS). If you want to read the online manuals of the library you should change the suffixes of all manual entries from ".3mod" to ".3", eg "mv StdIO.3mod StdIO.3". Sorry for the bugs!
