[comp.lang.modula2] JPI 1.06

Frank.Warren@f42.n161.z1.fidonet.org (Frank Warren) (09/30/90)

JPI version 1.06 is out. So far as I know, all vocal registered
users who were unhappy with 1.04/1.05 have been receiving this. I got
mine over a week ago.
Are you sending in your registration cards? You will, I think, get
no upgrades unless/until you do.
BTW, with the upgrade, since a number of us have complained vociferously
about v2.00 in general, came a form for a *free* major
upgrade to v3.00.
JPI is not skimping on the support, guys.
Send in them postcards so they know you're alive!

 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

My coupon doesn't say v3.00. It just says 'the next major revision'.
This may or may not mean v3.00...

The next major revision has to be 3.00, n'est pas?
That is what JPI tech support has been saying when queried on the
phone. 2.1 would be a minor, not major, upgrade.
