The Digital Equipment Corporation Systems Research Center (DEC SRC) Modula-3 compiler (as well as the Modula-3 Report) is available via anonymous ftp from gatekeeper.dec.com in the directory pub/DEC/Modula-3. This also has an archive of all the old Modula-3 mailing list mail. If you are not on the Internet, I suggest you contact Greg Nelson (gnelson@src.dec.com); or perhaps someone at SRC can post a follow-up about how to obtain the compiler and other materials in the non-Internet world.
