Thanks to all who responded telling me about MacLogimo Plus (and the demise
of TML's Modula system.)  I was able to find a copy available for ftp in
europe, at site nic.funet.fi (along with lots of other goodies.)

Also thanks to whoever posted the book list.  This should come in handy.
