In volume 9, issue 20 (1/26/84), Deryk Barker mentioned the movie
Dark Star as being a favorite movie. I did not think it was a great movie,
but I enjoyed it and am glad to see it get a mention here. The effects were
very good and the story very creative. I must admit to not being a SF
junkie, but rather someone who enjoys some good SF every now and then and
when I saw this movie, I just didn't know what to make of it. I would
not rate it fantastic, but worth seeing when it makes the rounds again.
