Mark - according to the JPI 1991 Compiler catalog, several of the routines(TSR, RS232, LIM, Int24) have been moved from the Techkit to the M2 Library Source kit. You'll have to buy the 3.0 Library source to get the 3.0 TSR routines (presuming, of course, that they are different from the earlier versions). Actually, I called up JPI today and spoke to Chris, and he told me that it comes with the TechKit which I had. So I looked and looked for the TSR files but couldn't find them. So I called him back and asked him on which disk they where on, and came to find out that they were not on the 3.00 disk, and that I have to get the 3.01 disk to have the TSR and RS232 stuff. .\\ark -- uucp: uunet!m2xenix!puddle!396!16.0!Mark.Bacas Internet: Mark.Bacas@p0.f16.n396.z1.fidonet.org

I have been holding off on upgrading (letting the brave go first). For some reason JPI never bothers to check what they are sending out, and I have found that it's best to upgrade a few weeks before deadline. Course if everyone did this... JPI is a strange company, they seem to do some things so well and others they so completely botch. I have this mental picture of all the employees running around in a panic throwing things haphazard on disk and into mailers without any guidance or thought. Sigh. Guess I'll wait a little longer ...
