There exists a system called SPASCAL which implements much of the essential
features of the *simulation* component of Simula in ISO standard Pascal.
Actually, SPASCAL preprocesses a Simula-like, Pascal-like language into
ISO standard Pascal, where it can be compiled by a regular Pascal compiler.
See D. J. F. Hughes article in _Congressus Numerantium_, volume 38,
June, 1983, or in the volume R. Swartz edited for the Society for
Computer Simulation, _Modeling and Simulation on Microcomputers: 1984.

Hope this helps.
