[comp.lang.pascal] Special characters on graphic screen for TP 4.0

	A friend of mine uses TP 4.0. He has the following problem :

	He has to print characters on the graphic screen that are not
	included in the characterset for the graphicscreen. He wants
	to display characters with an umlaut and characters containing
	accent grave (etc...).

	My question is :

	How can he accomplish this. Do graphicdrivers for different 
	countries exist ? Or is there another solution ?
