I need a software timing module accurate to 1/1000 sec for psychological data collection on a PC. I use Turbo Pascal 5.0 for most of my programming but can write or incorporate 8088 assembly. The timer must start counting on the press of any predefined key and must stop counting on the press of another predefined key. I've worked on a 1/100 sec timing module which captures the DOS clock on an initial keypress and again on a later keypress. The time delay is calculated by subtracting the two times and adjusting the result by a correction factor. Unfortunetly, this doesn't give me a sufficient level of sensitivity. Does anyone know of a such a timing program or have the technical expertiese to direct me to a solution? Any help would be appreciated. Please respond vi e-mail. Thank you. -- Colin Sachs USNET: csachs@oucsace.cs.ohiou.edu BITNET: psych112@ouaccvmb "I believe in everything; nothing is sacred. I believe in nothing; everything is sacred." -the Chink
