I am using Turbo Pascal 5.0, and I would like to know if anyone knows how to change the default textmode colors. As an example, redefining a background color to be bright white or yellow, since normally you can't have a textbackground of those colors. I know there has to be some memory locations containing the color palette in text mode, but I don't them. I know it can be done because Norton does it in his Norton Control Center from Norton's Advanced Utilities 4.5. I've also seen it being done in programs like PC-Shell. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kevin Beiter (not Keith, he's a gremlin that lives in my account) kb36+@andrew.cmu.edu kb36%andrew@CMCCVB JNET%"kb36%andrew@CMCCVB"
