I would like to apologize for my previous posting, it seems I neglected to specify the enviornment that I needed the screen dump for, which is IBM PC running DOS 3.2 (Dumb, Dumb, Dumb). However people were kind enough to send me e-mail and inquire, and as a result I was able to get the utility.
