[comp.lang.pascal] Orange on an IBM???

Hey netters,

  I have two questions, but only the second is important:  How in the
world did IBM decide on their 16 colors?  (Cyan???);  and Has anyone
written a program to produce orange on a [VGA,EGA,CGA] color monitor?
