Does anyone know where I can get instructions, source code, or a Turbo 5.0 unit to read a dBASE file from (Turbo) Pascal?

The Cobb Group's publication INSIDE TURBO PASCAL has an issue devoted to reading dBASE files from TP. The issue is July 1990 (Vol. 2 No. 7). My copy says you can call them at 1-800-223-8720.
