In my opinion, it is one step away from pirating, if you upgraded to TP 6.0 at reduced cost. Even if you sell it at a nominal fee, you are taking business away from Borland (or Micrsoft!). Of course you can get away with it, just like people get away with outright pirating. I wish someone would call compuserve and get the word from the horse's mouth! I don't have an account there.
