I'll heartily second to this wish.  Unix (we have a Sun 4 with BSD)
has a useless (read = standard) pascal.  I would welcome TP
flexibility as a programming tool for practical programs instead of
a weirdo puritanist teaching tool.  (If this statement feels
provocative, contrary to my usual practice (I hope) this time it is
deliberate).  It is a real pity that for portabilily MsDos <-> Unix
C is the only working choice.  (Please, refrain from flames about C
vs Pascal, else feel free :-).
