I bought Dutteman's book _The Complete Turbo Pascal_ (for my brother). It seems pretty good (perhaps a bit too much of "But if you don't understand <xxx> perhaps you'll want to read ahead in chapter 57.9".). Anyway, I have seen mention of a file (supposedly) having all code from the book. If you have such a file and think it would be OK to send it to me, I'd very much apreciate it.
