I have a question regarding applying METAWindow 3.6 Turbo-Pascal version drawing commands to a locally defined bimap and wonder if anyone could possibly help me out. Our graphics package runs on a VGA screen at resolution 640 x 480. In transporting the screen graphics to a printer we would like to be able to make use of the greater available resolution (approx. 1000 x 500 Monochrome). To do this we have set up a local bitmap into which we send MetaWINDOW commands. Our problem is that the MetaWINDOW drawing commands only seem valid within the section of the local bitmap contained by the VGA resolution of 640 x 480. When we print out the local bitmap the remaining area simply contains random bits. We have tried unsuccesfully to set the graphics device to something of greater resolution than VGA. Is there any way around this problem? Thanks in advance, David Cleary
