I thought I'd post here before spending the $$$ on CompuServe. On my home PC (an AST Premium 286 1Mb, MS-Dos 3.1) when I use AST's remm.sys (expanded memory manager) and try to load TP 6.0-- everything locks requiring a Reset. If i remove the remm.sys from config.sys then all is fine. BTW, BC 2.0 works fine. Anyone else having this problem? Any hints? Suggestions? -- ************************************************************************** * Steve Gribble (812) 855-9172/7629 gribble@cica.cica.indiana.edu * Systems Manager, Inst. of Social Research swg@socmail.soc.indiana.edu * Dept. of Sociology, Indiana University gribble@iubacs

Perhaps this is a memory or vectoring conflict. For example, what memory locations are used by your video card? What memory location is used by remm.sys? Michael Palmer University of Wyoming
