Mark aitchison - what is the meaning of Turbo Pascal #60103, T.P. #R850?
never saw this numbers used to with turbo pascal.

Sorry for wasting net bandwidth on this.
Basically, in addition to the "Frequently Asked Questions" storehouse of
information, there exists, in the minds of many programmers, a collection of
little-known facts accumulated over the years, which it would be nice to have
in a form that can be distributed. Number 60103 in my list of known facts was
that read/write-with-TP-reset thing I mentioned. Now I haven't *really* gone
to the bother of listing and enumerating them, but I wish I/someone had. That's
a hint, folks! But I'm sure that if there was a list, it would stretch to well
over 60000 entries, hence I made up a number at random. Not quite at random
actually, since 60103 might stir memories for some readers, as might 4472 or
R850. If you recognise those numbers, fine, if you don't, ignore them, if
you're bursting with curiosity, e-mail me!
