Mark aitchison - what is the meaning of Turbo Pascal #60103, T.P. #R850? never saw this numbers used to with turbo pascal.

Basically, in addition to the "Frequently Asked Questions" storehouse of information, there exists, in the minds of many programmers, a collection of little-known facts accumulated over the years, which it would be nice to have in a form that can be distributed. Number 60103 in my list of known facts was that read/write-with-TP-reset thing I mentioned. Now I haven't *really* gone to the bother of listing and enumerating them, but I wish I/someone had. That's a hint, folks! But I'm sure that if there was a list, it would stretch to well over 60000 entries, hence I made up a number at random. Not quite at random actually, since 60103 might stir memories for some readers, as might 4472 or R850.
