[comp.lang.pascal] code wanted for _Programming Expert Systems in Pascal_

I have been examining _Programming Expert Systems in Pascal_ by Sawyer
and Foster, published 1986 by Wiley Press in New York.

I'd like to play with the code, has anyone already typed it in?  Or, do
you know where I can FTP a copy from?  Was there originally a disk
(there is none now)?
