[comp.lang.pascal] Setting Master Environment in Turbo Pascal

I am looking for source code to set the Master environment (or at least the
environment that I have before I run my .EXE).  This would be the complement
of the GetEnv routine.  

I called Borland's technical support today, and they said that the source is
available on CompuServe, but I don't have access to that.  I don't think this
is in a FAQ list.  E-mail or followup is good.  Thank you very much.
