I printed out the survey the first time I saw it. I found that copy yesterday. A quick check of the first two pages found these differences: Date-- changed from September 23, 1986 to May 20, 1987; Phone number-- Carmen's phone number changed from an LA area number to an Oregon number; Address-- changed from LA to Portland. The rest is identical, including the ID of the man who posted it. The lack of results from that earlier posting, and the lack acknowledgement that this has been posted before, make this survey very questionable.
