Do you believe than persons can be healed or helped with other than just medical means? There is evidence that a combination of medical, theological, and pyschological means are very helpful. Maybe someone out there has been helped or healed with a wholistic approach. What input would you like to give?

> Maybe someone out there has been helped or healed with a wholistic approach. > What input would you like to give? I read once, a few years ago, about how Dirk Benedict (of "Battlestar Galactica" and "The A-Team" fame (!)) beat cancer with a holistic approach back in the seventies. Nothing theological involved, I believe, but a lot of macrobiotics and mind over matter... For the life of me I can't remember where or when I saw the article. I would guess I was sitting in a doctor's office or on a toilet reading "People" magazine. But I remember I found it interesting, if only for the born-again belief in his holistic cure that Benedict successfully conveys. I'm sure the article can be found through a good library's periodical index. -Bob Glickstein | -Information Technology Center | Today is the car -Carnegie Mellon University | of the cdr of your life. -Pittsburgh, PA | (please note new e-mail address, bobg@andrew.cmu.edu)
