[sci.lang] dictionaries

Does anyone have any dictionaries on-line.
Perhaps you created one while learning a foreign language.

I am especially interested in translation lists and dictionaries
of synonyms, antonyme, etc. But they should be public domain
or cheap! There are the copyright problems with computer-readable
forms of commercial dictionaries.

Are there any translators on the net?
Any information I get I will summarize and tell you
about in a couple of months.

Out of a thousand little wheels we can make a big one!
