I am sending this message on behalf of a colleague here at the University of Iceland ... I am looking for software that can be used in teaching control theory at the University of Iceland. I am particularly interested in programs that do ROOT LOCUS plots and BODE diagrams. Also I am looking for programs that could be used in connection with KALMAN filtering techniques.
