[sci.math] entropy for tree-processes

In an earlier posting, I asked (on behalf of a colleague):

I now learn that this is not the question my colleague had in mind.
He's studying tree-VALUED processes (like the history of a branching
process). Has anyone seen a notion of entropy for these?
