Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew of an ftp site, or uucp site where I could get a copy of a calculus program, preferably one that acts like a tutor and can graph equations, etc., for an Kaypro PC 8088 running with a Monochrome Hercules Graphics Adapter. If you have it and can email it to me, that would be fine too. Thanks in advance. /* Robert Allen Gottlieb Internet: gottlieb@umbc5.umbc.edu */ /* Bitnet: gottlieb@umbc2.umbc.edu */ /* "It is better to be pissed off than pissed on." */ /* These opinions herein are not that of UMBC, but that of Jr, my cat, */ /* and me. */

It is available via anonymous ftp from wuarchive.wustlu.edu as /mirrors/msdos/calculator/ccalc.zip -- Jim Buddenhagen - SWBT - Statistical Research One Bell Center - Room 27X5 - St. Louis. MO. 63101. If I don't know if this helps but 2-3 years ago Addison-Wellesley released a book-diskette combination produced under the auspices of the American Society of Mathemeticians. The program fits your description very well except that it's not free--when I got it, it cost $15. The name of the program? I'm not sure but I think it might have the uninspired name Calculus. -- =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= Eric Cabot | elmo@uhura.cc.rochester.edu "insert your face here" | elmo@uordbv.bitnet =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=
