Does anyone have a list of the approximate costs of lifting payload to LEO orbit of various launchers - Saturn V, Titan, Shuttle, the proposed Shuttle-C, Energia, etc. I'm looking for the cost of the launch (including cost of expendiable launch components) vs lift capacity.
