Several weeks ago, there was a posting citing a study done by Lawerence Livermore laboratories stating that an inflatable Kevlar space station could be produced and flown for $40 million. Could someone send me enough information for me to get a copy of this from them for myself? ( Like the real title, who wrote it, who it was presented to, who commisioned it, etc??? ) Anything will be appreciated.
