Simply stated, I am looking for routines, in portable C preferably, that I can use to plot orbital elements. I don't want plotting routines just a working set of equations (routines to read the standard 2 line format would be nice as well). If they aren't available in C, any language will do so long as it's easily understood. In addition, I'm after a set of data points to be used in plotting the continents on a world map.
