From: Alexander B. Latzko <LATZKO@RU-BLUE.ARPA> Unless my knowledge is very mistaken Rhysling shows up in at least two stories by RAH. To wit, "The Green Hills of Earth" and " Time Enough for Love". The character is a totally optically impared ( not blind, just without optical ability) space tramp who was at one time an engineer on a space liner.
